We offer the following hours and offices:
- Monday: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Carmichael
- Tuesday: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Roseville
- Wednesday: Unavailable for sessions
- Thursday: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Roseville
- Friday: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Carmichael
- Saturday (~2x/month): 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Carmichael
We also offer HIPAA secure internet video Telehealth therapy. If clients are physically present in California, not in depressive state where they are considering harm to self, and their insurance allows for this modality this is can be an ideal option for: 1) people not in the greater Sacramento area but still in California; 2) people that are home bound; and 3) people with a compromised immune system or illness preventing them from coming into the office. There are some positives and challenges with Telehealth. Please note during these post-pandemic times where many people are needing help, it may take us 2-3 business days to return calls because of our typically full schedule. But we will do our best to get back to you as soon as we can.
