In addition to holding a Masters of Science in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy emphasis, Mike continually seeks to build his training and experience through counseling and psychological courses or trainings to further assist the clients he works with. Mike tends to go above and beyond the required 36 hours of Continuing Education Units required every 2 years by the California Board of Behavioral Services to maintain his license. For example, in his last licensing cycle he completed over 110 hours of continuing education. He does this to keep as up to date on the most current and helpful modalities of therapy available to be the best resource he can be for his clients.  Below is a list of trainings and experience Mike has gained since beginning to counsel with the most newest trainings received toward the top of the table. If you have any questions regarding these trainings or what they can provide you, Mike would be happy to speak to you more about that.

As of October 28, 2024 Mike has accumulated over 608 hours of Continuing Education. (Any hours with * indicate training is registered but not yet completed).
